As I promised before, I'm going to try to download a picture of my adorable new grandson. We'll see if this works.....
Valentine's Day!
(I know...it's two days AFTER Valentine's Day...)
What can I say? I LOVE this man! He surprised me with a dozen YELLOW roses...my favorite! He's such the romantic. Poor guy..I'm not the least bit romantic (I got him a cheesy card..). To me, Valentine's Day is just a "holiday" that was made up by Hallmark or someone. You shouldn't have to have a day set aside to tell someone that you love them. EVERY day should be Valentine's Day!! EVERY day you should let your significant other know that they are special. It means more to me when he brings me a small bunch of flowers that he's gotten off the end of the aisle at the grocery store for $3 and given them to me for no particular reason...just that he loves me!! That melts my heart!! Or a text message telling me that he loves me MORE! What a love! He truly is the love of my life.

Welcome to my BLOG!!
This is amazing! I'm being published!! WOW! I'm sure this little blog will be extremely boring to most, but ....... guess you could quit reading now, huh?
My life has never been really too exciting....at least not until now!! I'm a GRAMMIE!! And I love it! My precious little daughter and her wonderful husband have given me the most beautiful, sweet, adorable little boy ever! He is the light of my life!! Honestly...if you've never experienced this, you are missing out on one of God's most amazing miracles ever! His name is Cory Alexander Houghton and he was born on Dec. 30, 2007. He is actually 5 weeks old today! And once I figure out this whole blog thing, I'll post some pictures of my sweet little man. Too Cute!! And to make things even better...we'll be having ANOTHER precious little boy in April! My youngest son and his future bride will be giving us another little Gift from God! I'm so excited!! There is nothing better than babies!!
